What wasn't working
WebCore Africa had strong technical capability but a website that read like a brochure. Enquiries were low, the service offering was buried three clicks deep, and the brand felt interchangeable with every other agency in the market.
What had to change
Rebuild the site as a sales instrument: state the offer in five seconds, prove capability with real work, and make starting a conversation the easiest action on every screen.
The decisions that shaped the interface.
- 01
Restructured the information architecture from nine pages to five with a single primary action.
- 02
Built a dark, high-contrast visual system with an accent reserved strictly for actions and emphasis.
- 03
Designed a modular section library so the team can compose new landing pages without a designer.
The frontend was built in React with Tailwind CSS on a component-driven structure, with content managed through WordPress as a headless source. Layout shift was eliminated by reserving media dimensions.

The result is a site that opens with the offer, proves it with case work, and closes with a low-friction enquiry form; all inside a brand system the team can extend themselves.

- Reusable page templates
Restraint converts. Cutting the page count and the copy volume did more for enquiries than any visual flourish, and a documented component library kept the redesign alive after handover.
